You know in your bones you’re meant for something more in this world, you just can’t put your finger on it yet. This training will support you in providing clarity around what it is you love to do, and are meant to do.

Join us and BECOME a trauma-informed coach where you get: 

•  21+ Instructional calls (between 3/11/25 & 6/17/25).
•  13 small group processing & supervised peer coaching (between 3/13/25 & 8/26/25).
•  1 Tie Up and Open up Group call (In August, 2025 once supervised peer coaching finishes).
•  TWO 1:1 processing calls with me throughout the program.
•  Potential to attend 3-4 somatic practice calls with alumni and students from advanced cohort (this would happen during the summer).
•  Portal Access with recorded calls, workbook, worksheets, journal prompts, "One Big R" Digital Journal, orientation practice videos, somatic workshops, pre-recorded videos taught by me and Trauma Therapist Kathy Kinghorn, Pre-Recorded Chakras Calls, EFT tapping intro calls and quarterly group calls, etc. This portal access will be available as long as the portal exists.
•  350+ page workbook with access to newer versions as it's updated (this will include the trauma-informed mindset framework that I've developed).
•  50+ Page Workbook that teaches my signature Trauma-Informed Mindset Framework along with other trauma-informed coaching principles and guidelines.
•  Ongoing workshops & Community Calls with somatic and/or trauma-informed experts throughout the year (for at least 1 year after program end date). I aim to have 3 per year.
•  Voxer access during the program.
•  Peer Coach Pairing option from June -August, 2025.
•  Community access during the program with your current cohort. After, there is an option to Certify and be a part of the ALUMNI COMMUNITY. 
•  Access to future retreats. Some will be just for Alumni of my certification programs and some will be open to more people (when this happens you'll have early access to sign up).
